Clean room. Lift was handy. Parking easy and friendly reception lady. Okay place if you don’t have a pet. Breakfast was fine and carvery was not bad.

The staff were absolutely amazing!! They were so helpful and so kind. The food was beautiful!! I would love to go back again, whenever. Raj, Ramita, Roz, Shannon, The waiters and waitresses in the restaurant, Jason, and the list goes on!! No doubt I have missed out a name or two, and for that, I sincerely apologise. Keep going!! On arrival the receptionist was very helpful. Told us how to find the restaurant. Assured us continental breakfast would be readywhen we had to leave (5:30 am as we were catching the Ullapool ferry.)

Really close to the ferry terminal and in the city center. If you arrive with the last ferry no problem the reception is always open and ready for the late check in (I’ve called them in the afternoon to inform them I’ll arrive late). There was also a possibility to get a little bite in the room from the kitchen has the restaurant was closed. breakfast is really good. There is a private parking just next to the hotel. I asked to make a new reservation for the end of the week as a was taking the ferry to go back on the mainland and the staff was really helpful to book me a room.

Very nice modern and clean hotel in Stornaway, located in walking distance of Tesco and small downtown and close to ferry. Bright bedroom with sky light. Restaurant was a bright large space for breakfast and dinner, but minimal decoration or charm. Hotel was probably best facility in town.
